This will be the first "Conference on Computational Mathematics and Applications" held at University of Nevada Las Vegas, October 25 – 27, 2019. The main goal of the conference is to bring together prominent scholars in Computational and Applied Mathematics to address important topics that have fundamental scientific merits and significant application values. The conference will not only provide a strong stimulus for increasing the local research activity for mathematicians and people from other related disciplines, but also serve as a new catalysis for proposing new computational methodology and pointing some new research directions in scientific computing.

The themes of this particular conference include, but are not limited to, the following topics:

• Computational finance
• New technology and applications of finite element methods;
• Numerical analysis and modeling of complex fluids;
• Numerical methods for interface problems and applications to fluid-structure interactions
• Numerical methods for wave propagation and applications;
• Numerical methods for stochastic PDEs and applications;
• Machine learning for scientific computing.
• Uncertainty qualification and big data;

The conference will be held at Hospitality Hall of UNLV (HOS, No. 59 on the campus map).
